Here’s an update on what has been happening with the Campobello building.

The drawings phase of the job is now complete and the complete set of architectural drawings has been submitted to the city for permits. We are now receiving bids for the construction phase and we expect those in by the middle of this month. The contractors that we are working with have indicated that they are confident that they can have the building ready for us by mid December. Selection of the general contractor should take place next week.
