Look, I know that it’s Valentines Day. I respect that, I’m making plans as well. But I know that I’m not going to spend the entire day romancing my wife. If you have a few hours to spare on Saturday and are able to help us continue to get the Grace Centre looking beautiful, we have a job for you. The floor in the foyer is being repainted on Saturday and then coated on Monday (Family Day). We will have to work around the foyer area, but that shouldn’t be a problem. We’ll start around 9:30 AM and finish at around 4:00 PM. Here is a list of other tasks that need to be tackled:

-          Painting closet space - the closets in A2 (secondary auditorium) have been primed, but need colour

-          Doors - we have doors which still need to be primed, others need the first or final coat of colour

-          Organize fridge with shelves - the shelves in the fridge need to be set up and someone who is good at organizing can really help us by coming up with a plan to organize the fridge as we go forward

-          Put blinds up – in front 3 classrooms where we had to take the down to put walls up

-          A1 (main auditorium) space must be cleared and organized

-          A toilet needs to be repaired (plumbing)

Our work day this weekend will be from 9:30am until 4:00pm.  Some of the tasks on hand are:

- Painting….lots of painting! (We can use no fewer than 5 painters.  Bring a roller extension if you have one)
- Some general clean-up and furniture moving

The highly anticipated “24 Hours of Sex” retreat has come and gone. January 30 and 31 more than 30 couples from Grace and The Village Church in Milton gathered in Niagara Falls to invest in their relationships and to gain a deeper understanding of how a strong sexual relationship can enhance all aspects of a marriage.
